Legendary Artiste King Sunny Ade Set For Induction Into Hall Of Fame

Legendary juju artiste King Sunny Ade will be inducted into the Hard Rock Café Music Memorabilia.
The induction into the Hard Rock Café hall of fame, is scheduled to take place in Lagos today and comes less than three months after the veteran entertainer turned 70.
It also comes about three weeks after the artiste AFRIMA a music concert to honour him and two other African entertainers – Manu Dibango and the late Papa Wemba.
KSA’s management company, Temple Management, said in a statement that he would donate “rare items from his collections including a vintage Fender Guitar, shoes and album cover” as part of the induction.
With the induction, KSA will join other global music acts such as Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Elton John in the Hard Rock hall of fame.
“With the induction, King Sunny Ade will now rank among other Hard Rock world greats whose music paraphernalia dots the walls of the franchise business across the world,” Temple management’s head of entertainment Mark Redguard was quoted as saying.
