lady dies in gas explosion after her phone rang close to a gas cyclinder

A lady trigger gas explosion has killed Rotary club president international GRA osogbo  Deputy Director  o- Ambulance a state of osun safety organisation Olori Opeyemi Omobolawa  fola , has died as a result of gas explosion @ osogbo 

      The said incident occur on wednessday December 13th  of 2017 the trained senior nurse was said to have gone to popula Grace gas osogbo to refill her cyclinder when she, when she sudddenly had a call and she brought out her phone from her pocket to receive a call.

According to an  eyewitness  the phone explode instanly set the woman and her car on fire and flung the cyclinder to a far  distance.
some other were also said to have being serioiusly injured as a result  of the explosion .
She will be buried today Decmber 15th
